Edmond property manager sentenced to prison for embezzlement to support gambling addiction

A former Edmond property manager has been sentenced to prison and ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution.

Angela Renee Reneau, 53, of Cashion was sentenced this week to 18 months in a federal prison and ordered to pay $400,000 in restitution to former clients and the IRS.

Oklahoma -- The now former director of the Canadian County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) charity has been sentenced to 10-years behind bars in a federal prison for embezzlement.

Traci Lorre Owens, 48, of Edmond was ordered last Friday to pay $55,143 in restitution upon her release from prison.

Houston man allegedly admits to 1997 murder of Bethany teen

A Houston man suspected of murdering multiple women in Oklahoma and Texas allegedly confessed to investigators to the killing of a teen newlywed at a Bethany car wash in 1997.

William Lewis Reece, 57, is charged in Oklahoma County with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the abduction and death of 19-year-old Tiffany Johnston.
